Training Part 1


Last week was my first out of six weeks of training for Wells Fargo. At the beginning of the week, the instructor and the material began to scare me. I know little about banking, and less about phone customer service. But by the end of the week we got to pair up with an experienced Phone Banker to see how its done. After that, the job didn't seem to be as hard as I was perceiving it to be. I thought I was going to have to learn from the bottom up, the ins and outs of every service we offer, but I was mistaken. All we have to know is the basics, and after we inform the customers about the basics, we just forward them right on to a "Specialist". There are 7 people in my class, all of who are very nice people... 8 if you include my Instructor. We just started week 2 today, and we get Donuts tomorrow!
